Lead times for our Pick up in store or delivery services at Platinum Hardware from when the order is made are 1-2 business days or when requested, usually prompt and quick. More often than not, as we deliver longer length items up to 6 Metres and materials to various sites & buildings if in an instance it is difficult to access or requires more physical labour we strongly advise all customers to be present for receiving, if in an instance where not applicable please let us know prior to delivery otherwise delivery may incur surcharges, cancelled or dropped and left in the most appropriate or pheasable section of the property once driver has assessed at site. for e.g Driveway, Footpath etc. We push for a easy, quick & convenient delivery service, which consists of reversing a small truck as close to the premises and dropping in place service. Please Consider prior to ordering with us. A photo will be taken and an image sent out once drop is complete.
